On the road... It's been six wonderful months, and we've seen Lacy's sister married, spent time with our friends and family, and worked hard to prepare for our trip back to Mexico. We're on the road, again, and are heading southward. We have many sub-destinations along the way, as we meet with pastors and churches on our route, sharing our story through presentations, luncheons, and also gathering work to defray the ever rising fuel costs.
We seek your prayers for travel mercies and grace as we cross the country in the coming month. To the right, you will see the next four stops that we are making. Please pray that these visits are full of fellowship and love, and that the Lord produces through them the fruit of His desire.
Sincerely, Joshua Webb Webb of Ministry

The harvest is plentiful... We have learned a simple technique for entry into new villages: We take clothes into a village for a 10 cent clothing sale. Worship, testimonies, and the Word of God are shared over large speakers, while shoppers peruse. Christians come out and worship with us. Lord willing, people are drawn by the Spirit to give their hearts to the Lord. At the end of the day, names and addresses are collected from willing villagers, and dates are set to return for visitation.
The profits from the original clothing sale are used to fulfill a humanitarian need, allowing us to interact with the other villagers daily. By returning time after time to visit, friendships and trust are built, until the relationships are strong enough to begin a Bible study together.
Short-term teams are a blessing, as they bring resources and help. The harvest in Mexico is plentiful, but we must strive to gain the trust of the villagers. Therefore, our constant presence in the villages gives you an opportunity to come and serve with your hands, feet, and heart, without forfeiting the strong relationships needed to make an impact. | St. Louis, Missouri: November 10 - 12 We are currently in St. Louis, enjoying the fellowship of Tom and Diane, who attend Calvary Chapel of St. Louis County. We gave a short presentation of the mission on Sunday, November 11, and were blessed with a meal afterwards. We were also blesed with two new tires for the truck. We are now using this restful time to catch up on much needed tasks, and are in preparation to get back on the road tomorrow. |
Branson, Missouri: November 12 - 14 We will be speaking at Calvary Chapel in Branson on Tuesday, November 13. We will also be enjoying the company and fellowship of Sparky Ferguson, the shepherd of Calvary Chapel in Branson. He and his wife will bless us with a place to stay in their home while we are in Branson. |
Ft. Smith, Arkansas: November 14 - 21 A brother who attends Calvary Chapel of Fort Smith has solicited Joshua's help for one week, as we pass through. We are grateful for this upcoming work, as it will be a blessing to defray rising fuel costs. We will also be sharing in the Sunday service. |
Tyler, Texas: November 21 - 28 We will be sharing a short presentation of the mission on Sunday, November 25. We will also be enjoying the company of Mark and Terri Campbell, who have invited us into their home. Mark has offered Joshua the possibility of some work while we are in Tyler, as they both carry the same occupation. |
