Sale in Campito

This summer, we brought down over forty boxes and bags of clothes, plus several boxes of sheets, blankets, kitchen accessories, and lots and lots of toys! We had a sale in our home village of Victoria, which was a great success. We followed it the next day with another sale in Toltecas, and that night sold more in 21 de Marzo. We finished our sales in Campito, a village about 35 minutes from our home. A pastor there, named Armando, has been running low on money, so rather than have a one-day sale, Armando kept the clothes for a week and sold them, and we split the profits.

All in all, the sales were a huge success. With the low funds we brought to Mexico this time, Joshua had expected that he would need to go to the states to find work soon, but with the monies from the sales, plus donations that have come in, we have been blessed with enough funds to continue through this summer without another work-trip to the states. Praise the Lord!
