It has been nearly six weeks since Joshua cut off the tip of his thumb. We have had churches and individuals remaining in constant prayer for us. It has been such a blessing to see the Lord work miracles in the prayers of the saints.
We updated you three weeks ago that Joshua would have to undergo an amputation surgery for his thumb. Praise the Lord, because when we arrived at the doctor’s office, there was no infection on the thumb! Furthermore, the doctor only cut a small bone fragment out of Joshua’s thumb tip, and cleaned out some dead tissue. It has been two weeks since the minor surgery, and God has nearly closed the entire wound. There is no more exposed flesh, as it is all covered with new skin.
Brothers and sisters from all over heard of our plight and sent up prayers for us to heaven. Some also aided us financially. Praise the Lord, after spending nearly $600 in traveling to the city weekly, paying for doctor’s visits, and antibiotic costs, the Lord has actually not only replenished our funds, but also has provided above and beyond our expectations. Joshua had expected to come to the states for work as soon as his thumb showed signs of progress, but he can now wait until May to come to the states to work. I (Lacy) will join Joshua in June or July to renew our visas and return to the village together.
Praise Jehovah-Jireh!

We are Josh and Lacy Webb. We married in 2003 as missionaries, and continue now together in our calling as a family to spread the love of Christ wherever he allows us to be. Believers are the ministry, the servants, of our Lord and Savior. the basis of His Ministry. We make up a web of servants, which stretches across the world, touching lives in many areas but connecting them all through us to our Lord and Savior, the Risen Messiah, Jesus the Christ.
